Held from September 10–12, 2025 at the Singapore Expo, Hall 6, Seafood Expo Asia is one of the region’s premier tradeshow for seafood professionals, bringing together suppliers, distributors, retailers, and foodservice operators to connect, discover, and collaborate.

During the SIAS Cooking Kitchen session, skilled chefs prepared dishes using some of our signature premium products, allowing attendees to taste and experience their exceptional quality firsthand:

  • Red Sea Prawn – vibrant, flavorful, and perfect for showcasing bold seafood dishes.

  • Dried Sakura Shrimp – a versatile ingredient with rich umami depth.

The showcase highlighted the versatility of our products and provided culinary inspiration for chefs, restaurateurs, and foodservice operators exploring new menu ideas.
