Our crabs are responsibly sourced from both wild waters and sustainable farms in Asia. We use large traps specifically designed to avoid capturing smaller crabs under 50g, ensuring the sustainability of the population. They are fed a diet of fresh fish to enhance their flavor. Each crab is carefully hand-picked and individually packed to maintain its best quality.
