Hong Seafood marked a significant milestone with its 40th Anniversary Annual Dinner, held at Ban Heng Restaurant @ Orchid Country Club. The evening brought together staff to celebrate four decades of growth, dedication, and shared success.
Guests were treated to a delightful spread of dishes, including steamed live seabass with superior sauce, poached live prawns, chilli crab, and deep-fried fish skin with salted egg. The meal was a fitting reflection of the company’s passion for quality seafood and appreciation for good food shared among colleagues.
A highlight of the evening was a heartfelt speech by Mrs Loh, who reflected on Hong Seafood’s 40-year journey. She expressed sincere gratitude to all staff for their commitment and contributions, emphasising that this milestone was made possible by the collective efforts of the team.
Following dinner, the celebration continued with an exciting lucky draw. Attractive prizes such as iPads, Sony headphones, Apple Watches, Takashimaya vouchers, and AirPods brought energy and anticipation to the room.

In the spirit of appreciation, vouchers were also distributed to ensure that no one went home empty-handed.
